Title
Director of Rowing Programs and Facilities/Head Coach

Nathan began his rowing career at Purdue in 2000.  He graduated with a B.A. in English Secondary Education and a minor in Philosophy in 2005.  He rowed Fall 2000 through Spring 2004.  He was voted Most Valuable Oarsman twice (’03, ’04) and he stroked the V8 in 2004 to a 2nd place finish at the Dad Vail Regatta.  In 2003 and 2004, Purdue Crew earned the Women’s, Men’s and Overall Team points trophies at both the SIRA and the Dad Vail regattas.

For the 2005-2006 academic year, Nathan served as the Novice Men’s Rowing Coach at Purdue where his novice men earned medals at both the SIRA and Dad Vail regattas.  This provided a great base for the Varsity Men over the next 3 years.

In subsequent years, Nathan was the Head Coach for the Masters Women at Alexandria Community Rowing Club, the Head Coach at Fairfax High School, the Director of Rowing at The College of William and Mary Rowing Club, the Head Coach at Norcal Crew (a Middle & High School Club) and, most recently, the Director of Rowing at Culver Academies while also being the Associate Director of College Advising at Culver
